Ground floor, sample management
Receipt counter, photography and barcoding station, homogenisation and sub-sampling room, cold and frozen retention storage, and the courier dock. Nothing enters the laboratory unlogged.
A purpose-planned laboratory in Andheri East with separated chemistry, instrumentation and microbiology zones, unidirectional sample flow, and an instrument bay refreshed on a rolling seven-year cycle.
Receipt counter, photography and barcoding station, homogenisation and sub-sampling room, cold and frozen retention storage, and the courier dock. Nothing enters the laboratory unlogged.
Temperature- and humidity-controlled bays for mass spectrometry and chromatography, with dedicated sample-prep rooms, fume extraction and a UPS-backed clean power supply.
Class 10,000 suite with separate pathogen and non-pathogen streams, dedicated air handling, media preparation, incubation banks and a PCR room with physically separated pre- and post-amplification areas.
The instrument decides your limit of quantification, and your limit of quantification decides whether you can honestly say “not detected”.

The analytical result can only be as good as the custody chain behind it. Ours is deliberately documented at every handover.
Arrival temperature, seal integrity and pack condition recorded and photographed. Non-conforming samples are flagged to you before any work begins.
A unique laboratory number is generated and printed. From this point the sample is tracked by barcode at every movement, with the operator and timestamp logged.
Prepared in a dedicated room with matrix-appropriate equipment, cleaned and verified between samples to prevent carry-over.
Aliquots move to the assigned bench; the remainder goes to controlled retention storage at the temperature the matrix requires.
Retention samples are held for the period your sector requires, typically 30 days for food, longer for pharmaceutical work, then disposed of under a documented procedure.
Prospective clients and their auditors are welcome to walk the laboratory, sample receipt, instrument bays, microbiology anteroom and the archive. Bring your quality head; the visit is conducted by a technical manager, not by sales.
